dc.description.abstract	Předkládaná bakalářská práce, která je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou, se zabývá problematikou smrti a umírání. Zvolená témata pro tuto práci jsou: pojetí smrti ve třech monoteistických náboženstvích nejvýznamnějších pro naši tradici a historii, tedy v judaismu, islámu a křesťanství; trest smrti; smrtící nemoci v minulosti a dnes; eutanazie; sebevraždy. Tímto chci nastolit ucelený přehled o vybraných tématech týkajících se konečné stanice lidského života a poskytnout ty nejdůležitější informace o problematikách, které jsou dnes předmětem mnoha sporů v různých společnostech. Praktická část je věnována analýze dat získaných kvantitativním výzkumem mezi občany Pardubického kraje, jehož cílem bylo zjistit názory a postoje občanů k problematice smrti a umírání.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis, which is divided into the theoretical part and the practical part, deals with the issue of death and dying. The themes selected for this thesis are: the concept of death in the three monotheistic religions, which are the most significant for our tradition and history, i.e. Judaism, Islam and Christianity; the death penalty; lethal diseases in the past and today; euthanasia; suicide. Thereby we wish to establish a comprehensive overview of selected topics concerning the final destination of human life and provide the most important information on issues, which are nowadays the subject of many disputes in various societies. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of the data obtained by means of quantitative research among the citizens of the Pardubice region, whose aim was to find out the views and attitudes of the citizens to the issue of death and dying.	eng
