dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na pozorování a porovnání postojů pacientů k léčbě antidepresivy III. generace během užívání monoterapie různých farmak z této skupiny. Teoretická část se zabývá teorií deprese, historií antidepresiv a samotnými antidepresivy III. generace, jejich využití a nežádoucími účinky, které limitují kvalitu života a mohou ovlivnit celkové postoje k léčbě. Metodou získání dat pro praktickou část bylo zvoleno dotazníkové šetření zaměřené na postoje k léčbě, určení stupně deprese, ve které se respondent nachází a aktuální vedlejší účinky léčby.	cze

The theoretical part deals with theories of depression, history of antidepressants and antidepressants alone III. generation, recovery and adverse effects that limit quality of life and can influence the overall approach to treatment. The method of obtaining data for the practical portion of the selected survey focusing on attitudes to treatment, determine the degree of depression, in which the respondent is a current side effects of treatment.	cze

Uveďte, prosím, příklady konkrétních léčiv. 2. V metodické části (str. 37) chybí bližší charakteristika fakultní nemocnice, kde jste sbírala data (tj. adresa). 3. Z metodické části nevyplývá, zda jste dotazníky (DAI, BAI) získala z literatury nebo přímo na pracovišti. 4.
