dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá srozumitelností edukačních materiálů určených pro pacienty s diabetem mellitem 2. typu. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na metody hodnocení čtenářské gramotnosti a jejího vztahu k porozumění textu. Rozebírá historii a současnost způsobů hodnocení obtížnosti textu s ohledem na kulturní a etnická specifika slovanských národů. Průzkumná část práce vychází z poznatků teoretické části a jsou zde prezentovány výsledky výzkumu. Výzkum zjišťuje srozumitelnost textu edukačních materiálů určených pro pacienty s diabetem mellitem 2. typu Mistríkovým vzorcem a Poslechovým testem. Zkoumá závislost mezi vzděláním, složitostí textu edukačních materiálů a porozuměním těmto textům. V závěru rozebírá možnosti zvýšení srozumitelnosti edukačních materiálů pro pacienty s diabetem mellitem 2. typu. Tato práce přináší pozitivní výsledky v oblasti zkoumání vztahu mezi vzděláním a porozuměním textu.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis deals with the comprehensibility of educational materials intended for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. The theoretical part of the work focuses on methods of evaluating reading literacy and its relationship to understanding the text. It examines the history and current methods of assessing the difficulty of text with respect to cultural and ethnic specifics of Slavic nations. The practical part of the work is based on the findings of the theoretical part and presents the results of the research. The research investigates the comprehensibility of educational materials intended for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus using the Masterik formula and the Listening test. It examines the dependence between education, the complexity of educational materials, and understanding these texts. Based on these relationships, it recommends ways to optimize understanding of educational materials. This thesis brings positive results in the field of investigating the relationship between education and text comprehension.	eng
