dc.description.abstract	Má bakalářská práce přináší informace o mentorkém kurzu, spolupráci studentů s mentory a spolupráce vzdělávací instituce s mentory. Má dvě hlavní části. Teoretickou, která obsahuje pět kapitol, a výzkumnou. První kapitola teoretické části vysvětluje, co je to mentoring. Následující kapitola se věnuje mentorům (sestrám s absolvovaným mentorským kurzem) a mentee (studentům). Dále se zmiňuji o historii mentoringu a mentoringu ve zdravotnictví. V poslední kapitole teoretické části se zabývám problematikou mentorského kurzu. Praktická část se zabývá metodikou sběru dat a popisem získaných dat. Na konci práce je diskuze vztahující se k výzkumu a závěr práce.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	My bachelor´s work brings informations about mentoring course, cooperation of students and mentors and cooperation of educational institutions with mentors. It consists of two main parts. The theoretical one containing five chapters and the practical one. The first chapter of the theoretical part explains what mentoring is. Following chapter is focused on mentors ( nurses who went throught the mentoring course) and on mantees (students). Then history of the mentoring and the mentoring in the health services are mentioned. The last chapter of the theoretical part deals with the problems associated with the mentoring course. The practical part deals with the methodology of data collection and description of the collected data. In the end of my work there is a discussion related to the research, and the conclusion of the work. There are also enclosures, which aim to complete some chapters.	cze
