dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na informovanost těhotných žen o gestačním diabetu mellitu (GDM). Teoretická část je rozdělena do dvou kapitol, kde je popsána nejprve problematika daného onemocnění a následně péče o těhotné ženy s GDM v těhotenství, v průběhu porodu a po porodu. V průzkumné části práce bylo cílem zjistit, jak jsou těhotné ženy informovány o rizikových faktorech pro vznik gestačního diabetu mellitu, o rizicích GDM pro plod a pro matku, o projevech GDM, a nakonec o diagnostice tohoto onemocnění. Tato část byla zpracována kvantitativním průzkumem, formou dotazníkového šetření. Zjištěná data byla následně popisována metodou popisné statistiky.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis focuses on the awareness of pregnant women about gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). The theoretical part is divided into two chapters. The first part describes the problem of this disease, followed by the care provided to pregnant women diagnosed with GDM during pregnancy, in childbirth and after it. In the exploratory part of the work, the aim was to determine how pregnant women are informed about the risk factors for developing gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM), the risks of GDM for both the fetus and the mother, the symptoms of GDM, and finally, the diagnosis of this disease. This part was conducted through a quantitative survey in the form of a questionnaire. The collected data were subsequently analyzed using the descriptive statistics method.	eng
