dc.description.abstract-translatedPříspěvek je zaměřen na vytvoření modelu financování infrastruktury z veřejných zdrojů na úrovni kraje v České republice. Pro vytvoření modelu byla provedena analýza pramenů práva, pravomocí jednotlivých investorů, kteří se na financování infrastruktury podílejí, a také analýza časových řad údajů o investovaných zdrojích. Výsledkem je model financování ve zvoleném kraji a také identifikace a zhodnocení dominantních zdrojů financování. Jsou doporučeny faktory, které by při tvorbě a hodnocení modelu financování měly být zváženy.cze
