The metod of enforcing business strategy in the way of business integration is temporary important also in the Czech Republic. Nowadays we are recognising a growing stimulation to create different forms of relations, which branch and its level of concentration. Systemisation particular and disadvantages in connection with finance, accounting, tax and law aspects help in decision of subjects participating in this process.
