dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je věnována problematice controllingu v české společnosti Backer Elektro CZ a.s., která je součástí švédského koncernu NIBE. Práce je rozdělena do pěti částí. První dvě části teoreticky vymezují pojem controllingu, základní členění a používané metody. Ve třetí části je uvedena charakteristika společnosti Backer Elektro CZ a.s.. Obsahem čtvrté části je popis systému controllingu v této společnosti. Poslední část je zaměřena na systém reportingu celého koncernu a jeho vliv na controlling české společnosti.cze
