dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou nevyužívaných a chátrajících objektů v urbanizovaném území. V úvodní části práce je vymezen pojem brownfields, jeho základní charakteristiky včetně oblastí, jež s touto problematikou úzce souvisí. Praktická část je věnovaná porovnání strategického dokumentu s analýzou několika případů dokončené transformace brownfields na funkční objekty. Poslední část poskytuje informace o konkrétním brownfieldu a návrhu možností jeho dalšího využití.	cze

In the preamble of this work, there is the definition of the brownfields word, its main characteristics including areas that are closely connected with this issue. This work is dealing with problems of the unused and decaying properties at an urbanized areas. The practical part is devoted to comparing a strategic document with analysis of a few examples of finished brownfields transformated to functional properties.
