dc.description.abstractNásledující příspěvek je pokusem o rozbor spisu Die Freigabe der Vernichtung lebensunwerten Lebens z roku 1920, autorů Karl Bindinga a Alfreda Hocheho. Tématem příspěvku je sekularizace lékařské etiky a střet s teologií a jejím pojetím přirozeného práva. V antropologickém pojetí bude nutné zdůraznit autory vypracovaná měřítka hodnocení pro posouzení individuálního lidského života, včetně paradoxů, které jejich koncepce obsahuje. Dále pak pojetí svobody a přirozeného práva, jež spis obsahuje a chápání člověka, s nímž autoři spisu operují. Rozhodující pro další historické implikace spisu Die Freigabe der Vernichtung lebensunwerten Lebens je pak pojetí legitimity, přikládané medicíně a biologii jako vědě a rozhodovací kompetence přisouzená lékaři v etické oblasti. Tedy výsledné stírání rozdílů mezi faktičností a normativitou. Historické implikace celého spisu jsou pouze naznačeny.cze
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe following contribution is an attempt to analyze the work Die Freigabe der Vernichtung lebensunwerten Lebens written by Karl Binding and Alfred Hoche in 1920. The topic of the article is the secularization of medical ethics and the conflict with theology and its concept of natural law. In an anthropological approach, it will be necessary to emphasize assessment criteria for an appraisal of an individual human life, including the paradoxes contained in this conception, created by the authors; furthermore, the concept of freedom and natural law, included in the book, and the conception of a human being, which the authors of the work operate with. The concept of legitimacy, ascribed to medicine and biology as a science, and a decision-making competence given to a doctor in the ethical field are crucial for other historical implications of the work Die Freigabe der Vernichtung lebensunwerten Leben; Thus, the resulting blurring of differences between factuality and normativity. The historical implications of the whole work are just indicated.eng
