dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce na téma "Komunikační schopnosti sester" se v teoretické části věnuje rozboru komunikace obecně a faktorům, které ji ovlivňují. Práce dále zkoumá verbální a neverbální formy komunikace. Dále se zaměřuje na účel samotné komunikace, její styly a na komunikační proces. Práce dále rozebírá komunikaci ve zdravotnictví a její specifika, které jsou důležité pro efektivní a respektující komunikaci mezi sestrou a pacientem. Průzkumná část byla zpracována formou literární rešerše a poskytuje tak aktuální pohled na problematiku komunikačních bariér, formy komunikace i faktory komunikace mezi zdravotními sestrami a pacienty	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor thesis on the topic "Communication Skills of Nurses" in the theoretical part focuses on the analysis of communication in general and the factors that influence it. The thesis further examines verbal and non-verbal forms of communication. It also focuses on the purpose of communication itself, its styles, and the communication process. The thesis further analyzes communication in healthcare and its specifics, which are important for effective and respectful communication between a nurse and a patient. The research part was prepared in the form of a literature search and thus provides an actual view on the issue of communication barriers, forms of communication and factors of communication between nurses and patients.	eng
