dc.description.abstract	Diese Abschlussarbeit befasst sich mit den Bildungs- und Erfolgschancen der türkischen Migranten in Deutschland. Am Anfang wird der Geschichtlicher Hintergrund beschrieben, um zu erklären, wie und wann die Türken nach Deutschland kamen. Dann wird auf die Möglichkeiten und die Situation von Menschen mit türkischen Wurzeln eingegangen. Zum Schluss werden ausgewählte erfolgreiche türkische Migranten und ihr Beitrag zum Buch JUNG ERFOLGREICH TÜRKISCH erwähnt.	ger

Firstly, the historical context is described in order to clarify the purposes and the period of time of Turkish migration. Secondly, the training opportunities and the situation of people with Turkish roots are discussed.
