dc.description.abstract	Teoretická část diplomové práce obsahuje literární rešerši nejnovějších poznatků o životním příběhu a popisu vybraných druhů životního příběhu. Dále se práce zaměřuje na životní příběh dospělých osob s mentálním postižením a na problematiku poskytování ošetřovatelské péče osobám s mentálním postižením. Průzkumná část navazuje na teoretický obsah práce a je zaměřena na medicínsko-ošetřovatelský pohled na osobu s mentálním postižením během hospitalizace a popis životního příběhu této osoby s mentálním postižením i z pohledu pečující osoby. Na základě získaného životního příběhu může sestra vyvozovat důležité informace pro poskytování individualizované ošetřovatelské péče a může také lépe porozumět komplexním potřebám této osoby.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The theoretical part of the diploma thesis contains a literature search of the latest knowledge about life stories and a description of selected types of life stories. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on the life story of an adult with mental disability and on the issue of providing nursing care to people with mental disability. The exploratory part follows from the theoretical content of the work. It focuses on a medical-nursing perspective on a person with a mental disability during hospitalization and on the description of the life story of the person with mental disability, and also from the point of view of his caregiver. Based on this acquired life story, the nurse can derive meaningful information for the provision of individualized nursing care and can also better understand the complex needs of this person.	eng
