dc.description.abstract	Práce je zaměřena na studium kinetiky uvolňování tramadol hydrochloridu z pevných lékových forem. V teoretické části je diskutováno řízené uvolňování léčiva, disoluční testy a matematický popis disolučních profilů. V experimentální části jsou aplikovány vybrané kinetické modely pro vyhodnocení disolučního profilu tramadol hydrochloridu. K analýzám bylo zvoleno originální léčivo Tramal retard 200 mg a jeho generikum Tralgit SR 200 mg. Byly srovnány disoluční profily obou léčiv a získaná data statisticky zpracována.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The main objective of the thesis is study of tramadol hydrochloride release from solid drug forms. Within the framework of the theoretical part, the controlled drug release, dissolution procedures and mathematical description of the dissolution profiles are discussed. Original drug Tramal retard 200 mg and generic Tralgit SR 200 mg were analyzed within the framework of the experimental part and chosen kinetic models were applied to the evaluation of tramadol hydrochloride profile. The dissolution profiles of Tralgit and Tramal were compared and obtained data were statistically evaluated. controlled drug release, tramadol hydrochloride, kinetic model, dissolution test.	eng
