dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá přesností měření různých typů axilárních teploměrů používaných na dětském oddělení. Skládá se z části teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části se zabývám fyziologií termoregulace, principem měření tělesné teploty, dále popisuji vybrané typy teploměrů, způsoby měření a roli sestry při měření teploty. V praktické části jsou popsány použité statistické metody a uvedeny výsledky výzkumného šetření podporovaného Studentskou grantovou soutěží Univerzity Pardubice. Na dětských odděleních probíhalo výzkumné měření vybranými typy axilárních teploměrů s cílem zjistit přesnost a případné rozdíly v naměřených hodnotách, také uživatelský komfort a cenu použitých teploměrů.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals especially with precision of measuring by various types of axillary thermometers used at hospital children's departments. It consists of a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is dedicated to precision of measuring of various types of axillary thermometers used at hospital children's departments. The theoretical part is focused on physiology of thermoregulation, principle of measuring of body temperature, further it describes some selected types of thermometers, manners of measuring body temperature and the role of a nurse in measuring the temperature. The practical part describes the used statistics methods and it also includes the results of the research supported by the Student Grant Competition of the University of Pardubice. The research measuring by selected types of axillary thermometers took place at hospital children's departments with the aim to find out the precision and potential differences in the measured values, and also the user comfort and price of the used thermometers.	eng
