dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce je analýza a komparace stavebních spořitelen působících na území České republiky, jejich vliv a význam na finanční trhy, uvedení modelového příkladu včetně vlastních návrhů. Teoretická část diplomové práce se zabývá vymezením a fungováním finančních trhů, dále pak jejich strukturou a regulací a v neposlední řadě popisuje jednotlivé subjekty, které zde působí. Jedním z těchto subjektů jsou právě stavební spořitelny, jejichž významu a charakteristice je věnována druhá polovina teoretické části. Praktická část práce je zaměřená na popis jednotlivých stavebních spořitelen působících na území ČR a jejich produktů, dále je zde provedena komparace těchto specializovaných bank za pomocí modelových příkladů určených k rekonstrukci a koupi bytu. Druhá polovina praktické části je poté věnována vlivu stavebních spořitelen na vývoj kurzu akcií mateřských společností. V neposlední řadě je zde vytvořena pasivní investiční strategie, kde investor investuje volné finanční prostředky do vybraných titulů v podobě mateřských společností stavebních spořitelen.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this thesis is to analyze and compare the building savings banks operating in the Czech Republic and their influence and importance for the financial markets while presenting the own case study, including own suggestions. The theoretical part deals with the definition and functioning of financial markets, as well as their structure regulations, and finally describes the particular subjects operating on these markets, including the building savings banks, whose importance and characteristics is described in the second half of the theoretical part. The practical part involves the description of particular building savings banks operating in the Czech Republic and their products, followed by the comparison of these specialized banks, using a case study for the reconstruction and purchase of an apartment. The second half of the practical part analyses the influence of building savings banks on the price of their mother company's shares. The final part also includes a passive investment strategy, when an investor invests available funds into selected shares of the mother companies of the building savings banks.	eng
