dc.description.abstract	Cílem této diplomové práce je zkoumání problematiky zátěžových situací, s nimiž se setkává zdravotnický personál, a posouzení možností využití supervize k jejich efektivnímu zvládání. Teoretická část definuje charakter zdravotnické profese a analyzuje typické zátěžové situace, které se v jejich práci vyskytují. Zabývá se možnostmi řešení těchto situací, s důrazem na využití supervize. Supervize je zde podrobněji zkoumána taktéž jako nástroj pro zlepšení kvality práce a prevenci syndromu vyhoření. Cílem průzkumné části je hodnocení subjektivního prožívání situací s vysokou zátěží u zdravotnického personálu a na zhodnocení možného přínosu supervize jako podpůrného nástroje pro zvládání těchto situací, stejně jako na identifikaci preferovaných forem supervize.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this thesis is to explore the issues of stressful situations encountered by healthcare staff and to assess the possibilities of using supervision to manage them effectively. The theoretical part defines the nature of the medical profession and analyses typical stressful situations that occur in their work. It discusses the possibilities of dealing with these situations, with an emphasis on the use of supervision. Supervision is also examined in detail as a tool for improving the quality of work and preventing burnout syndrome. The aim of the exploratory part is to assess the subjective experience of high stress situations among health care personnel and to evaluate the possible benefits of supervision as a supportive tool for coping with these situations, as well as to identify preferred forms of supervision.	eng
