dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce "Změny v mikrobiomu pacientů v souvislosti s ošetřovatelskou péčí: scoping review" se zaměřuje na ošetřovatelskou péči a její souvislost se změnami v mikrobiomu dospělých pacientů. Teoretická část se zabývá ošetřovatelskou péčí, charakteristikou a vývojem mikrobiomu, popisu složení jednotlivých mikrobiomů, faktorům ovlivňující mikrobiom, jeho funkcím a některým onemocněním, na které může mít mikrobiom vliv. Ve výzkumné části pomocí standardizované metodiky scoping review byly identifikovány a analyzovány faktory způsobující změny v mikrobiomu, negativní následky změn v mikrobiomu související s ošetřovatelskou péčí a ošetřovatelské intervence.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor's thesis "Changes in the microbiome in patients in connection with nursing care: a scoping review" focuses on nursing care and its connection with changes in the microbiome in adult patients. The theoretical part of the thesis occupy with nursing care, characteristic and development of the microbiome, description of composition of the particular microbiomes, factors influencing the microbiome, its functions and some diseases, which can be influenced by the micribiome. The research part of the thesis is concerned with factors, consequences of the changes in the microbiome and interventions in connection with nursing care, which were identified analysed using a standardized methodology of the scoping review.	eng
