| dc.description.abstract | Předmětem této diplomové práce bylo studium struktury objemových vzorků a tenkých vrstev systému As-S-Se v řezu As4Se3 – As35S65, jejich změn při expozici a s tím spojených změn optických parametrů vrstev. Dalším úkolem bylo nalézt vhodné alkalické leptací lázně pro selektivní leptání tenkých vrstev tohoto systému. Výchozí objemové vzorky byly připraveny přímou syntézou z prvků a z nich byly dále metodou vakuového napařování připraveny tenké vrstvy o složeních As35S65, (As35S65)3(As4Se3)1 (=As40,625S48,75Se10,71), (As35S65)1(As4Se3)1 (=As46,075S32,5Se21,425), (As35S65)1(As4Se3)3 (=As51,61S16,25Se32,13) a As4Se3. | cze |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This work deals with study of structure of bulk samples and thin films in As-S-Se system in cross-section As4Se3 – As35S65, photoinduced structural changes and accompanying changes of optical parameters of thin films. Another task was to find suitable alkaline bath for selective etching of thin films in this system. Bulk samples were synthesized from elements and thin films with compositions As35S65, (As35S65)3(As4Se3)1 (=As40,625S48,75Se10,71), (As35S65)1(As4Se3)1 (=As46,075S32,5Se21,425), (As35S65)1(As4Se3)3 (=As51,61S16,25Se32,13) and As4Se3 were consequently deposited from them by the vacuum evaporation method. | eng |
