dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá stanovením aminů vysokoúčinnou kapalinovou chromatografií s fluorescenční detekcí. Teoretická část se zabývá popisem aminů, kapalinové chromatografie, derivatizace a příklady stanovení aminů. Experimentální část popisuje výběr vhodných derivatizačních činidel pro stanovení vybraných aminů.	cze

The theoretical part deals with the description of amines, liquid chromatography, derivatization and examples of the determination of amino compounds.
