dc.description.abstract	Závěrečná práce je zaměřena na Věznici Pardubice, konkrétněji na její vězně z pohledu odborných zaměstnanců. Teoretická část obsahuje několika kapitol, ve kterých je popsána legislativa České republiky. Podstatnou kapitolu tvoří výkon trestu odnětí svobody, který obsahuje několik podkapitol zabývající se historií vězeňství v Čechách, ukládání jednotlivých typů trestu, profilace věznic či skrytý život vězňů. Poslední kapitola je zaměřena na Věznici Pardubice a její resocializační programy, terapeutické aktivity, ale také vnitřní řád věznice. V praktické části jev vymezen cíl, průběh a výsledky výzkumu. Výzkumné šetření je prováděno kvalitativní formou a polostrukturované rozhovory jsou vedeny s odbornými zaměstnanci věznice.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The final thesis focuses on Pardubice Prison, specifically on its inmates from the perspective of professional staff. The theoretical part consists of several chapters describing the legal framework followed in the process. A significant chapter is dedicated to the execution of imprisonment, which includes subchapters dealing with the history of imprisonment in the Czech Republic, the imposition of various types of sentences, prison profiling, and the hidden life of inmates. The last chapter focuses on Pardubice Prison and its rehabilitation programs, therapeutic activities, as well as the internal regulations of the prison. In the practical part, the main research goal and specific research questions are outlined. The research investigation is conducted in a qualitative form, with semi-structured interviews being conducted with professional staff of the prison.	eng
