Konstatuje výrazný rozdíl mezi možnostmi, které poskytuje moderní zabezpečovací technika, a jejich využitím v odvětví dopravy. Chápe problematiku komplexně, v rámci informačních a řídících systémů železniční dopravy. Na základě rozsahu, používání, formy a nakládání se zabývá integrací stávající dopravní dokumentace a navrhuje její novou strukturu.cze
