Abstract

The Method of community planning of social services (KPSS) focuses on the development planning of social services at local and regional level. KPSS thus ensuring the effective functioning of social services, and allows effective use of funds. The aim of the method is: available services that are qualitatively at a higher level, they react to the current needs of users, and they are transparent. Next to that, the funds are spent only on services that are needed, etc.
