dc.description.abstractTématem této diplomové práce je problematika využití benchmarkingu ve veřejné správě. V první části práce jsou teoretické poznatky získané z odborné literatury a zákonů, které se tématem zabývají. Je zde popsána problematika veřejné správy a managementu v České republice a navazuje na ni popis metody benchmarkingu, která je uplatněním moderních manažerských metod ve veřejné správě. Druhá praktická část práce se zabývá konkrétními výsledky benchmarkingové iniciativy v praxi Městského úřadu Přelouč.cze
dc.description.abstract-translatedTheme of this thesis is the problem of the benchmarking’s utilization in the public administration. The first part contains theoretic pieces of knowledge, which have been obtained from special literature and laws connected with this problems. There are described common problems of public administration and management in the Czech Republic and then, there is description of the method benchmarking, as an aplication of the modern management methods in public administration. The second part of the practical thesis deals with tangible results benchmarking initiation in practice Municipal Office of Přelouč.eng
