dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce přináší informace o diabetické dietě v domácím i nemocničním prostředí u žen, kterým byl diagnostikován gestační diabetes. První kapitola teoretické části shrnuje historii, epidemiologii a výzkum onemocnění s názvem diabetes mellitus. Následuje kapitola věnovaná obecně diabetu mellitu včetně etiopatogeneze, diagnostiky, léčby a komplikací tohoto onemocnění. V poslední kapitole teoretické části se autorka zabývá problematikou gestačního diabetu. Ve výzkumné části je popis metodiky, který byl pro realizaci výzkumu zvolen a popis získaných dat.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis presents information on the diabetic diet in home and hospital setting for women who were diagnosed with gestational diabetes. The first chapter of the theoretical part summarises the history, epidemiology and research into the disorder called diabetes mellitus. The next chapter is dedicated to general information on diabetes mellitus, including etiopathology, diagnostics, treatment and complications of this disorder. The last chapter of the theoretical part deals with the gestational diabetes issue. The research part describes the methodology, chosen for conducting the research, and gives a description of the data obtained.	eng
