dc.description.abstract	Hlavním předmětem předkládané diplomové práce je úvaha nad kolizí dvou ústavně garantovaných hodnot - důstojnosti a ochrany osobnosti seniorů při péči v praxi. V úvodu práce je podrobněji interpretován pojem důstojnost, jeho definice a koncepty. Dále je testováno vymezení pojmů důstojnost na vlivných českých i mezinárodně lidskoprávních dokumentech s obecnou působností, metodou interpretace právních textů, zejména předpisů, které nastínily některé nejasnosti v používaní pojmu důstojnost. V rámci komplexnosti další kapitoly a podkapitoly upozorňují na rozdílnosti jednotlivých přístupů v péči, ať už pocházejí z teorie či praxe. Zhodnocení výzkumné části umožňuje poukázat, upozornit a odhalit některé problémy, se kterými se seniorská populace potýká, a které lze včasným zásahem zmírnit nebo jim předcházet. Snahou práce je proto upozornit na tyto nedostatky a zvýšit zájem o danou čistě humánní problematiku.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The main importace this diploma thesis is the colision of thought of two particularly constitutional guaranteed virtues – dignity and protection of personal rights of senior individuals, while taking care of them in experience at the beginning of a shift, where dignity as a meaning is closely iterpreted, its definitions and concepts. Further, the limitation of understanding dignity is tested in the influential Czech or international documents of human rights in general activity, by method of interpretation of legal text, especially by-laws, which shadow some obscurities in application of the definition dignity. Within the complexity of the next chapter and subheading it refers to the differences of individual attitudes in devotion of seniors, whether it derives from theory or experience. Estimation of the research part allows to point, to warn and to reveal some problems with which the senior population has to deal with, and which can be reduced in time or anticipated. Therefore, with work experience and work ethic it is important to refer to these obscurities and to increase the interest to deal with a clear humane dilemmas.	eng
