dc.description.abstract	Práce je věnována ochraně radiologického asistenta před rentgenovým zářením v perioperační péči. Zaměřuje se na problematiku ochrany pacienta a především zdravotnického personálu při manipulaci s C ramenem a následným zářením během operačního zákroku. Pro vstup do problematiky se se teoretická část zabývá charakteristikou a vznikem rentgenového záření a standardy určenými pro radiologické asistenty. Výstupem praktické části je návrh standardu ochrany před rentgenovým zářením, který je určený především radiologickým asistentům působícím a provádějícím činnosti na operačním sále.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the protection of a radiological assistant against the X- ray radiation in perioperative care. It focuses on the issue of client's and primarily medical staff's protection during manipulation of the C- arm and the subsequent radiation during the surgery itself. Nowadays, the X-ray has very little radiation effect but despite this fact everyone present at the surgery should be provided with the protective equipment. The theoretical part examines the characteristics and origin of the X- ray equipment and the standards followed by radiology assistants in order to provide the insight into the issue. The output of the practical part is to suggest the protection standard against X- ray radiation which is designed primarily to radiology assistants acting and and carrying out activities in the the operating theatre.	eng
