| dc.description.abstract | Veřejné výdaje na sociální zabezpečení ve většině vyspělých zemí nepřetržitě rostou. Nejinak je tomu i v České republice. Důvodem jsou prohlubující se strukturální obtíže, dočasnost jednorázových příjmů a negativní dopad procesu stárnutí populace. Reformní kroky v oblasti sociálního pojištění jsou zcela nezbytné a jakékoli oddalování jen dále zhorší ekonomické i sociální prostředí země. | cze |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | In relationship with the entry of the Czech Republic to the European Union changes of tax regulations in surrounding countries and last but not least in connection with the reform of public finances again the question of the further development of the Czech social system is getting forward. The main task of the fiscal policy is ensuring of the sufficient sources of public budgets for financing public property, however the fiscal policy must be provided in parallel with measures on the expenditure side of public budgets, that means it is necessary to perceive the fiscal policy in the context of the whole financial, social and economic policy of the state. | eng |
