dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se věnuje problematice zlomeniny krčku kosti stehenní a je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části je popsána anatomie kosti stehenní. Dále zde uvádím diagnostiku, příznaky, následnou operační léčbu, ošetřovatelskou péči a rehabilitaci u pacientů s tímto úrazem. V úvodu praktické části je uveden přehled se zastoupením jednotlivých operačních řešení fraktury krčku femuru. Vybrala jsem tři kasuistiky u pacientů po cervikokapitální protéze (CKP), protože byla zastoupená v největší míře. Zaměřila jsem se na vyhledávání aktuálních potřeb u nemocných po tomto operačním řešení. Předkládám přehled ošetřovatelských diagnóz, které vycházejí z jednotlivých oblastí potřeb nemocných. Na závěr jsem sestavila návrh mapy péče u pacientů po CKP.cze
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of fractured neck of femur from two perspectives: theoretical and practical one. The theoretical part firstly introduces the femur anatomy. Further, details about the fracture of femur's neck are given: beginning with diagnostics and symptoms, followed by surgery treatment and finally, nursing care and rehabilitation specifics. The application part lists particular surgery options how to deal with the fractured femur's neck. Further focus is aimed at the case of case study of patients after femoral head replacement and their specific needs after the surgery. Finally, details about the possible nursing diagnostic options that address the needs of patients are given. At the very end of the bachelor's thesis a map of nursing care of the patients suffering the femoral head replacement surgery is proposed.eng
