dc.description.abstractPředmětem této bakalářské práce jsou geneticky modifikované organismy v potravinách a krmivech. Jedná se o organismy, jejichž genetická informace byla cíleně změněna nepřirozeným způsobem za účelem zlepšení jejich vlastností. Práce se věnuje využití GMO v hospodářství a zemědělství, popisu transgenoze a transgenních rostlin. Je zmíněna technologie přípravy a detekce GMO a v neposlední řadě kontrola bezpečnosti. Na závěr bylo provedeno zhodnocení této problematiky i ze strany spotřebitelů a hnutí Greenpeace.cze
