dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá připraveností farmaceutického sektoru na implementaci ESG principů a souvisejícího nefinančního reportingu v kontextu nové evropské legislativy. Cílem bylo zhodnotit, jakým způsobem vybrané firmy vnímají ESG agendu a jaké překážky a příležitosti identifikují při jejím zavádění. Výzkum byl realizován formou strukturovaných rozhovorů se zástupci odběratele a dodavatele ve farmaceutickém odvětví. Výsledky ukazují, že ačkoli význam ESG roste, firmy čelí řadě výzev spojených zejména s nedostatkem interních kapacit a komplexností nových regulatorních požadavků.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the readiness of the pharmaceutical sector to implement ESG principles and related non-financial reporting in the context of new European legislation. The aim was to assess how the selected companies perceive the ESG agenda and what barriers and opportunities they identify in its implementation. The research was conducted through structured interviews with representatives of buyers and suppliers in the pharmaceutical sector. The results show that although the importance of ESG is growing, firms face a number of challenges, mainly related to the lack of internal capacity and the complexity of new regulatory requirements.	eng
