dc.description.abstractTématem mé diplomové práce jsou Diabetici hospitalizovaní pro dekompenzovaný diabetes mellitus na interním oddělení, úloha a péče rodiny. První část práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku a patofyziologii nemoci, na její diagnostiku, terapii a komplikace, úlohu a podíl rodiny v péči o dekompenzované diabetiky. Ve druhé části jsem vytvořila dotazník, který se skládá ze tří částí. První část je zaměřena na zjištění základních údajů o klientech (respondentech) - věk, pohlaví, hladina glykémie při přijetí do nemocnice atd. Ve druhé části se zabývám sociální situací klientů (respondentů). Třetí část dotazníku je zaměřena na rodiny a pečovatele o klienty (respondenty).cze
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe theme of my diploma thesis is ‘‘Diabetics, hospitalized because of the decompensated diabetes mellitus at the internal detachement, the task and care of a family.‘‘ The first part of my thesis is focused on the characteristics and patofysiology of the illness, on its diagnostics, therapy and complications and on the task and work of the family during taking care of the decompensated diabetics. In the second part of my thesis, I made a questionary, composed of three parts. The first part is focused on finding of the clients´primary data (informants) – age, sex, glycemia level for the acceptance to the hospital, etc. I deal with the social situation of the clients (respondent) in the second part. The third part of the questionary is focused on the families and social workers of the clients (respondents).eng
