dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce hodnotí míru informovanosti pacientů indikovaných k PET/CT vyšetření a na základě zhodnocených dat pro ně vytváří víceúrovňový informační systém. V teoretické části popisuje hybridní PET/CT přístroj a také samotné PET a CT modality. Teoretická část se dále zabývá popisem radionuklidů, používaných radiofarmak a indikací k vyšetření pacienta. Důležitou součástí práce je popis samotné přípravy pacienta před vyšetřením. Ve výzkumné části bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření, při kterém byla zjišťována informovanost pacientů o vybraných tématech souvisejících s PET/CT vyšetřením a jehož výsledky jsou v práci uvedeny a komentovány. Dále byl navržen Informační systém pro pacienty indikované k PET/CT vyšetření tak, aby zohlednil různou úroveň výchozích znalostí pacientů a doplnil informace, u kterých pacienti při dotazníkovém šetření neprokázali potřebné porozumění.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis evaluates the knowledge level of patients indicated for PET/CT examination and on the basis of evaluated data creates a multi-level information system for them. The theoretical part describes the hybrid PET/CT device and also the PET and CT modalities themselves. The theoretical part also deals with the description of radionuclides, used radiopharmaceuticals and indications for patient examination. An important part of the work is a description of the patient's preparation before the examination. In the research part, a questionnaire survey was conducted, in which patients were informed about selected topics related to PET/CT examination and whose results are presented and commented in the work. Furthermore, the Information System for patients indicated for PET/CT examination was designed to take into account the different levels of initial knowledge of patients and to supplement the information for which patients did not demonstrate the necessary understanding during the questionnaire survey.	eng
