| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou sociálního pojištění v České republice a v Německu. Po krátkém seznámení s historickými údaji jsou zde rozebrány jednotlivé části systémů sociálního pojištění, a to z hlediska okruhu pojištěných osob, poskytovaných dávek a způsobu financování. Následuje komparace českého a německého systému, která se týká zejména nejdůležitější a finančně nejobjemnější části sociálního pojištění – důchodového pojištění. Pro globální pohled je uvedeno srovnání se státy Evropské unie, a to z hlediska sazeb příspěvků sociálního pojištění, věkové struktury obyvatelstva, důchodového věku a podílu výdajů na důchody na HDP. | cze |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor work deals with problems of social insurance in the Czech Republic and in the Germany. After short mention of historic data there are analyzed component parts of the social insurance systems in term of insured persons sphere, benefits and financing way. The comparison of the Czech and the German system follows and this comparison chiefly refers to the most important and the financial largest part of the social insurance – pension insurance. There is a comparison with the states of European Union for the global view and this comparison is in term of contribution rates for social insurance, age structure of population, retirement age and the pension expenditures share of the GDP. | eng |
