dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je koncipována jako příručka pro toho, kdo se chce dozvědět více o tématu financování církví a náboženských společností na území ČR. Poskytuje informace o historii financování církví a náboženských společností a jejich majetkových poměrů. Zabývá se tématem pozemkové reformy a restitucemi církevního majetku, problematikou, jejíž znalost je nezbytná pro pochopení současných diskusí o majetkovém vyrovnání a připravovaného systému financování. Při hledání ideálního vztahu mezi státem a církvemi a náboženskými společnostmi a z něho vyplývajícího modelu financování budeme hledat inspiraci i v zahraničí, ve vybraných zemích EU a USA. Těžiště práce však spočívá v popisu současného modelu financování a zhodnocení jeho dopadu na činnost církví a náboženských společností.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The issue of funding of churches and religious organizations is currently engaged almost exclusively by economists and views of scholars of religous studies are often ignored. Despite it, the scholars of religous studies can through a combination of appropriate skills (management of churches, concept of tradition, knowledge of laws, etc..) and professional objectivity help to find future funding model of churches and religious societies. On the issue of financing of churches and religious communities in this work is considered somewhat unconventional from the perspective of scholar of religon studies and therefore does not contain detailed economic analysis, complex mathematical formulas, or self-confident theory of financing, which would resolve the problems with the financing of churches and religious societies. This thesis is conceived as a guide for those who wants to learn more about the issue of financing of churches and religious societies in the Czech Republic. Provides information on the history of the financing of churches and religious communities and their property. It addresses the issue of land reform and restitution of church property issues, whose knowledge is essential to understanding the current debate on property settlement and the forthcoming system of financing. When searching for the ideal relationship between the State and Churches and religious societies and thereof resulting financing model, we will look for inspiration abroad, in selected EU countries and the USA. The focus of the work,, lies in the description of the current funding model and evaluate its impact on the activities of churches and religious communities. How does the current funding model in practice, we will show on the management of a particular church. The work includes the ongoing discussions between representatives of the State and Church on the property settlement and the future funding.	eng
