dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na oblast financování HZS ČR. Prostřednictvím komparace krajů Vysočina, Středočeského, Pardubického a Ústeckého kraje jsou identifikovány směrodatné ukazatele, podle kterých lze stanovit model pro predikci výdajů HZS krajů. Práce se dále zaměřuje na aspekty HZS ČR, které souvisí se vstupem ČR do EU a hodnocení efektivnosti vynaložených prostředků ze státního rozpočtu na činnost HZS ČR.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this diploma work is to deal with the financing of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic. Standard index figures are identified through the comparison of four regions - the Vysočina region, the Středočeský region, the Pardubice region and the Ústecký region. According to these index figures, it is possible to determine a model to predict the costs of the Fire Rescue Services in the regions. This work is also centred on the aspects of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic, which are connected with the Czech Republic entering into the European Union and at the same time it is focusing on the efficiency evaluation of the financial resources spent, from the state budget, on the activity of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic.	eng
dc.description.defence	Studentka seznámila komisi s cílem práce, tím bylo provedení aktuální analýzy financování HZS v ČR a navržení zlepšení daného ekonomického stavu. Byly zodpovězeny tyto otázky: 1) Které druhy požárů jsou z hlediska HZS nejnáročnější na kvalifikovanost příslušníků HZS? 2) Jakými způsoby je zajištěno efektivní využití příslušníků HZS mimo vlastní akce související se zásahy jednotky HZS? 3) Jakým způsobem byste navrhovala udělovat výhody služebního poměru? 4) Lze výši běžných výdajů stavět striktně na vypočtených normativech?	cze
