The entrepreneurial and bank sectors as well as the state should take part at the microeconomic equilibrium problem solving. Partial and isolated solution will not be successful. Each of the mentioned subjects has the same responsibility. That is why it is very important to improve the entrepreneurial sector and the bank portfolio as well as to make the government spending more real in terms of the caterogies of budget.
