dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the life and the career of Winfried Baumann. His career begins in Bavaria and leads cross the frontier as far as to three Czech universities. The first part of the text is formed by the interview which the next content of the thesis unwinds from. Baumann´s professional and publication activities in the period of working at the mentioned universities are described in the second and third part . The last chapter focuses on feuilletons published daily under the name ?Blick über die Grenze?. A primary objective of this thesis is to acquaint readers with the man who significantly contributes to the propagation of Bavaria-Czech cooperation.	eng

První část tvoří rozhovor ze kterého se dále odvíjí celá osnova této práce. V druhé a třetí části jsou popsány profesní a publikační v období působení na zmíněných univerzitách. Poslední kapitola se zabývá fejetony, vycházející každodenně pod názvem "Blick über die Grenze" Prvotní cíl této práce je seznámit čtenáře s člověkem, který nemalým podílem přispívá ke zviditelnění bavorsko-české spolupráce.	cze
