dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce s tématem "Úrazy femuru u seniorů v přednemocniční a nemocniční péči" je zaměřena na problematiku vzniku a četnost výskytu úrazu u seniorů starších 65 let, a popis přednemocniční a nemocniční péče. Teoretická část se zabývá základními informacemi z oblasti anatomie, popisem typů úrazů a etiologií vzniku, jejich diagnostiku v přednemocniční oblasti a následnou léčbou. V průzkumné části je uvedená analýza výzkumu, jejíž rozbor je zaměřen na pacienty hospitalizovaných na standardních odděleních ortopedie a traumatologie a případové studie výjezdů z prostředí zdravotnické záchranné služby splňující daná kritéria. Praktickým výstupem práce je edukační materiál zaměřený na prevenci pádu u seniorů.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis with the topic "Femoral injuries in seniors in pre-hospital and hospital care" is focused on the issue of the occurrence and frequency of injury in seniors over 65 years of age, and a description of pre-hospital and hospital care. The theoretical part deals with basic information from the field of anatomy, description of types of injuries and etiologies of origin, their diagnosis in the pre-hospital area and subsequent treatment. In the exploratory part, there is an analysis of the research, the analysis of which is focused on patients hospitalized in standard departments of orthopaedics and traumatology and case studies of callouts from the environment of emergency medical services meeting the criteria. The practical output of the thesis is an educational material focused on fall prevention in seniors.	eng
