dc.description.abstract	Celiakální sprue patří mezi autoimunitní onemocnění, které vzniká na základě genetické dispozice. V důsledku přítomnosti lepku v potravě dochází u postiženého jedince k poškození tenkého střeva a k následné malabsorpci. V první části této práce autorka popisuje anatomii a fyziologii tenkého střeva. Dále se zabývá příčinami a příznaky celiakální sprue, možnostmi diagnostiky a léčby této choroby. Ve výzkumné části sleduje a srovnává histologické nálezy a laboratorní markery u pacientů s podezřením na celiakální sprue. Zkoumaným vzorkem je 22 osob, které podstoupili tato vyšetření v roce 2007 a 2008.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	Celiac disease is one of the autoimmune diseases that arises on the basic of genetic predisposition. As a result of the gluten presence in the food the affected individuals suffer from damage to the small intestine and consequent malabsorption. In the first part of the thesis the author is describing the anatomy and physiology of the small intestine. Besides, the causes, reasons of outbreak and symptoms of the celiac disease are covered. The stress is also laid on possible diagnostical methods and treatment of this disease. In the research part of the thesis the author is monitoring and comparing histological findings and laboratory markers of patients with suspected celiac disease. The group of patients analysed was represented by 22 people. All of them had undergone the above-mentioned examinations in 2007 and 2008.	eng
