| dc.description.abstract | Příspěvek se zabývá problematikou renovace nejexponovanějších částí profilů tramvajových kolejí, odlitých z nově vyvíjené bainitické nízkouhlíkové oceli. Obsahuje návrh dvou variant materiálů a odpovídajících technologických parametrů pro případnou reprofilaci navařováním. Pro oba popsané experimenty hodnotí vyhotovené návary z hlediska dosažené tvrdosti, mikrostruktury a promíšení a na základě jejich výsledků usuzuje na možné směry dalšího výzkumu. | cze |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The paper is aimed at the problem of renovating the most exposed parts of tramway rail profiles, that have been cast from the recently developmental bainitic law-carbon steel. The proposal of two materials alternations and corresponding technologic parameters for a prospective re-profiling are included. Presented investigations of the two hard surfacing technologies are based on microhardness, microstructure and mixing analyses. Taking the achieved results into consideration we can judge about the next research focusing. | eng |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | Beitrag befasst sich mit der Reparatur der am stärksten exponierten Teilen von Strassenbahnschienenprofilen, die aus dem neuentwickelten bainitischen kohlenstoffarmen Stahl gegossen werden. Beitrag umfasst einen Entwurf der zwei Materialvarianten und der dazu entsprechenden technologischen Parametr für die gelegenheitliche Reparatur durch Anschweissung. Es werden für beide beschriebenen Experimenten die verfertigten Anschweissungen bewertet, und zwar aus dem Sicht der erzielten Härte, Mikrostruktur und Vermischung. Auf Grund deren Ergebnisse werden die rnöglichen Tendenzen der weiteren Forschung beurteilt. | ger |
