| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá modelováním bonity obcí pomocí hierarchických struktur fuzzy inferenčních systémů. Vstupní parametry modelů tvoří 12 parametrů z toho jsou 4 ekonomické, 3 dluhové a 5 je finančních. Tyto parametry jsou statistické údaje 452 obcí Pardubického kraje. Výstupem modelů je zatřídění obcí do 7 tříd podle jejich bonity. V teoretické části je popsána bonita a její ohodnocování, návrhy jednotlivých parametrů ratingu obcí, struktura fuzzy inferenčních systémů a charakteristika hierarchických struktur. V MATLAB\Simulink jsou tvořeny tři modely hierarchických struktur. Kaskádní model, stromový model a kombinace obou. Všechny modely jsou tvořeny pomocí fuzzy inferenčního systému (FIS) typu Mamdani. | cze |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis deals with modelling of municipal rating help of Hierarchical Structure by Fuzzy Inference Systems. Inputs are 12 parameters, 4 of these economics, 3 of these debt and 5 of these financials. This parameters are statistics data about 452 municipalities from country of Pardubice. Output is classment municipalities in 7 classes according to their municipal rating. In the theoretical part is described municipal rating and its rating, proposal of individual parameters of municipal rating, structure fuzzy inference systems and characteristies hierarchical stuctures. In MATLAB\Simulink are made 3 models hierarchical structures. cascade model, tree model and combination of both. All models are created by help of fuzzy inference system (FIS) type of Mamdani. | eng |
