Bakalářská práce je především zaměřena na financování bydlení prostřednictvím hypotečních úvěrů. Teoretická část se zabývá nejprve vývojem financování bydlení a poté charakteristikou hypotečních úvěrů. Podstatou praktické části je struktura a financování bydlení v ČR a Královéhradeckém kraji a komparace hypotečních úvěrů u vybraných bank.cze
dc.description.abstract-translatedHousing is a basic human need and therefore it is necessary to review the challenges associated with financing of housing in detail. This bachelor's work is primarily focused on financing of housing through the use of mortgage. The theoretical portion is primarily concerned with the development of financing of housing and, secondarily, with the characteristics of mortgage. The foundation of the practical portion is the composition and financing of housing in the Czech Republic, specifically in the region of Hradec Králové. Additionally, this portion of the thesis offers a comparison of the mortgage of the chosen banks.eng
