dc.description.abstract	Práce se zaměřuje na zkušenosti s biografickou péčí o seniory v českém prostředí. Hlavním cílem je analyzovat praktické aspekty implementace biografického přístupu do každodenní práce s klienty, včetně využití individuálního plánování a aktivit denního života navázaných na životní příběh seniora. Text zkoumá metody biografické péče, jejich efektivitu a přínos pro kvalitu života seniorů, s důrazem na vzdělávání a školení personálu, které jsou klíčové pro úspěšnou aplikaci této péče v praxi. Práce také reflektuje etické a právní aspekty spojené s biografickou péčí a hodnotí její dopad na autonomii, důstojnost a spokojenost klientů.	cze

Its main aim is to analyze the practical aspects of implementing the biographical approach in daily work with clients, including the use of individual care planning and daily life activities based on the senior's life story. The text examines the methods of biographical care, their effectiveness, and their contribution to the quality of life of older adults, with a particular emphasis on staff training and education, which are crucial for the successful application of this approach in practice.
