dc.description.abstractTato práce je věnována provozu vrtulníků u Policie ČR. Popisuje PČR LS a její hlavní úkoly, porovnává provoz u jiných policejních letek ve světě. Zaměřuje se zejména na součastné problémy, které je potřeba řešit, aby byla zajištěna plná funkčnost, vyšší efektivnost a budoucí rozvoj této složky Policie ČR. Velikým problémem je nedostatek létajícího personálu, proto se v práci tomuto tématu věnuji. Zabývá se také způsobem stanovení ceny letové hodiny a náklady na výcvik posádky. Na závěr této práce jsem se pokusil nastínit budoucnost policejních letek a využití bezpilotních prostředků a letounů.cze
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis dissertation thesis deals with helicopter operations of the Czech Police Aviation Department. It describes the PČR LS and its main duties and compares operations of other law enforcements units in the world. It is focused on the current problems that should be solved to ensure full functionality, higher efficiency and future development of this part of the Czech Police. The big problem is lack of the air crew, and therefore I have tried to outline possible and practicable solutions. The dissertation thesis also deals with the method of determining the price for flight hours and the costs of flight crew training. In conclusion of this dissertation thesis, I have tried to describe the future of law enforcement units and using UAVs and fixed wing aircraft.cze
