dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je teoreticko-průzkumná a je zaměřena na aktivizaci seniorů ve volném čase. Teoretická část se zabývá stářím a stárnutím. Také je zaměřena na fyzické, psychické a socioekonomické změny, které se pojí se stářím. Dále je zde vymezení pojmů kognitivní funkce a komunikace. V poslední kapitole teoretické časti je vymezen pojem volný čas, volnočasové aktivity a definován pojem aktivizace a druhy aktivizačních činností. Cílem průzkumné časti je zjistit, jak jsou senioři v pobytovém zařízení aktivizováni ve volném čase.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis is a theoretical-research thesis focused on the activation of seniors in leisure time. The theoretical part deals with old age and ageing. It also focuses on the physical, psychological and socio-economic changes that are associated with old age. Furthermore, the concepts of cognitive function and communication are defined. In the last chapter of the theoretical part, the concept of leisure and leisure activities is defined and the concept of activation and types of activation activities are defined. The aim of the exploratory part is to find out how seniors in a residential facility are activated in their leisure time.	eng
