dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou sterilizace chirurgického instrumentária. Práce je teoreticko-výzkumná. V teoretické části práce je nejprve popis organizace a provozu v perioperačním prostředí, dále následuje popis problematiky chirurgických nástrojů a procesu sterilizace. Výzkumná část je rozdělena na kvalitativní a kvantitativní výzkum. Cílem kvalitativního výzkumu je zjistit vliv předsterilizační přípravy a sterilizace testovaného instrumentária na vybraném pracovišti. Cílem kvantitativního výzkumu je odhalit úroveň péče o nástroje a informovanost sester, které zajišťují péči o nástroje, se sterilizací zdravotnických prostředků, ve vztahu ke vzdělání sester na operačním sále a na pracovišti centrální sterilizace.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	My diploma thesis deals with the issues of sterilization of surgical instruments. My thesis includes both theory and research. In the theoretical part I first describe organization of perioperational environment, the issues of surgical instruments and the process of sterilization. The research part devides into quality and quantity research parts. The aim of the quality research is to find out the influence of pre-sterilization preparations and sterilization itself of the surgical instruments of a chosen work environment. The aim of the quantity research is to find out the level of instrument care and nurses awarness with respect towards their education and work on operation theatre and central sterilization.	eng
