dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi ekologické likvidace autovraků v České republice a konkrétními zkušenostmi a výsledky v této oblasti. V obecné části jsou uvedeny nejprve právní předpisy, kterými se tato problematika řídí, a s tím související povinnosti a technické požadavky při nakládání s autogramy. Tato část je též věnována veřejné správě ve vztahu k této problematice. V praktické části je popsán stav vozového parku v České republice a postup při zpracování vozidel s ukončenou životností. V závěru uvádím konkrétní návrhy na zlepšení systému likvidace autogramů v České republice.cze
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis final thesis deals with the possibilities of ecologically friendly ways to dispose of a car wreck in the Czech Republic. It also shows examples of particular experience and concrete accomplishments in this area. The theoretical part is devoted to the legislation and this legislature and also to the oblagations and liabilities relating to the issue of a car wreck disposal. It also addresses public administration in relation to car wreck. Another part of the tesis drala with the vehikle vlčet in the Czech Republic and its actual state and also with the procedur efor disposing of end of life vehicles. The final part of the thesis lists my own suggestions for possible improvements of the car wreck disposal system in the Czech Republic.eng
