| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této práce bylo zjistit, zda a do jaké míry ovlivňují hormonální změny v menopauze správnou funkci štítné žlázy. S tím samozřejmě souvisí využití laboratorní diagnostiky, tedy diagnostiky vybraných thyroidálních markerů. V praxi se jednalo o rutinní i statim stanovení hladiny thyreotropinu a volného thyroxinu u vybrané skupiny žen. Jako vhodná skupina byla vybrána skupina žen, které se narodily v letech 1951 - 1953. Ze 100 vyšetřených vzorků TSH se nacházelo 13 vzorků mimo referenční meze. Z toho 6 vzorků bylo pod dolní hranicí a 7 vzorků nad horní hranicí referenčního intervalu. Ze 100 vyšetřených vzorků fT4 se nacházel pouze 1 vzorek mimo referenční meze a to nad horní hranicí referenčního intervalu. | cze |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of this Thesis was to find out if and how far is thyroid function influenced by hormonal changes in menopause. It has connection with the using laboratory diagnostic, it means diagnostic of selected thyroid markers. There were routine and statim quantitations of thyrotropin and free fraction of thyroxine in practical tests. Like the suitable group was chosen group of women, that were born in 1951 - 1953. There were 13 samples out of the reference values from 100 samples of TSH. 6 of them were under the limit and 7 were over the limit.There was only one sample out of the reference values from 100 samples of fT4.This sample was over the limit. | eng |
