dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce je určit zdroje financování provozních nákladů společnosti. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část je zaměřena na majetkovou a kapitálovou strukturu, oběžný majetek a zdroje financování podniku. V praktické části je proveden výpočet čistého pracovního kapitálu, kapitálové potřeby a obratového cyklu peněz v podniku. Dále práce poukazuje na analýzu zdrojů podniku, pozornost je poté blíže zaměřena na komparaci různých forem financování provozní činnosti. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty výsledky jednotlivých analýz a jsou doporučeny návrhy ke zlepšení financování provozu společnosti.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this thesis is focused to determine the sources of financing of operating costs of the company. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical part, marginally focused on asset structure and financial structure of the company, current assets and the sources of financing of the company. The calculations include the indicators of net working capital, working capital needs and cash conversion cycle. The work shows details in the sources of capital analysis, closer attention is then focused on the comparation of different forms of the financing of operating activities of the company. There are summarization of results and recommendations to improve in conclusion.	eng
